“Anne has been giving me private lessons for the last two months. She is brilliant. First she starts by taking your case history to make sure that she gives you the best exercises depending on your level of fitness. She starts the session by warming your muscles up and then she moves on the strenghtening exercises. At the end of the session she helps you stretch. What I really like is that she changes exercises each time, so it is never boring and your body do not get used to a routine. During each exercise, she check my posture and make sure that I do not hurt myself. She also modifies the exercises if I feel pain or discomfort. I have also decided to take classes with Anne as she is an expert in managing weight loss and I want to loose a bit more weight. "After having gone through 2 knee replacement operations, I had put on weight, was very unfit, and still had some awful knee pain, especially at night. I started an exercise programme with Anne, and she pushed me on strengthening my leg muscles (quads, hamstrings, adductor, abductors) even though initially some of the exercises were a little painful on the knee. I am keeping up the exercise programme 3 times a week. I have no pain in my knees anymore. More importantly, my specialist was impressed by the muscles I build up in the legs and told me to continue and doing what I was doing."
