The latest researches that are coming out are more and more shocking.
Today I read that a new research published in The Lancet, shows that 1 in 10 adults around the world is obese and that between 1980 and 2008 the percentage of obese people (men and women) about doubled.
Yesterday I read that the UK is having to buy super expensive ambulances, and having to change their existing ambulances to be able to cope with heavier and obese people !
WAKE UP WORLD !!!!
Do you feel happy with your weight ? Are you being bullied at school ? Do you stay home because you don't feel confident ? Can't you conceive because you're overweight ? Are you dreading your wedding pictures ?

Unfortunately, there is no magic pill to swallow, and even having a gastric band fitted, still requires you to start eating healthily, and exercise more. Surgery on its own is NOT the answer to your prayers of being slim and healthy.
The answer to what needs to happen is quite a straightforward one:
1. Change your eating habits
2. Start exercising
