As a nutritional therapist, I will work with you to discover what vitamins and minerals your body is lacking to perform at it’s best through a series of questionnaires, nutrition and lifestyle analysis.
A tailor-made dietary plan is then created, taking into account your likes and dislikes. Plans may also include supplements.
It may take a little while for your body to respond and come back into balance, which is why our programmes are 12 week long. Although quite often you may expect to see some immediate improvements.
A nutritional therapy programme is not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment or care of a disease, illness, or injury by medical provider.
Quite often, I will be working hand in hand with your GP or specialist to help you get the best results possible.
