Online Weight Loss programmes
Our Online Weight Loss programmes are for you if you’re motivated to make a change, can’t commit to specific days/times for workouts, want to learn how to eat healthier, but need flexibility while still being accountable.
You probably have tried to commit to programmes in the past, lost some weight, but never managed to keep it off for the long term, due to issues with scheduling. Or you’re going regularly to the gym, can’t afford one of the trainers for more than a session or two, but still want to get great results.
You will need to be able to commit to:
- 3 workouts per week (30-45 minutes each) to be done anywhere (home, outdoors, gym, etc)
- Weekly nutrition guidance (with homework!) – Online Plus OR
- Use the eating plan, which is based on healthy and varied eating – Online
- Weekly accountability and reporting
- Follow the plan!
If you follow the exercise and the nutrition plan to the letter, this programme should give you the weight loss you have been wanting to achieve for a long time, a structured way of eating for long term maintenance, while being supported along the way by your coach, via email on a weekly basis, and the others on the programme via a facebook group.
We will provide you with an exercise plan that suits your current fitness levels, and the equipment you have handy for the workouts.
