Small Groups Programme
Our Small Groups Programme is for you want to drop the extra weight, drop a few dress sizes, learn how to eat right, and like to workout in a small group of like minded people.
You probably have tried everything in the past, lost some weight, but never managed to keep it off for the long term.
You will need to be able to commit to:
- 2 hours of small groups exercise per week (maximum 4 people per group)
- Weekly nutrition guidance (with homework!)
- 1-2 short home workouts per week
- Follow the plan!
If you follow the exercise and the nutrition plan to the letter, this programme should give you the weight loss you have been wanting to achieve for a long time, a structured way of eating for long term maintenance, while being supported along the way by your coach and your fellow group members.
We have morning, early and late evening groups running to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
