This video case study is an example of the 12 week exercise programme you will go through with me as your Personal Trainer in North London.
We have called it Flabby to Fit in Four Weeks and it is actually three sets of four weeks in total.
The first four weeks will prepare your body for exercise - if you haven't been exercising in a while your body will need time to get used to a regular routine of exercise two or three times a week. We monitor your improvement by focusing on your resting heart rate.
The second four weeks will focus on sculpting your body to look the way you are meant to look according to your body shape. While we will continue to look at your resting heart rate we will also focus on strength training exercises.
The final four weeks will look at improving your aeorbic fitness while continuing to sculpt your body and keep an eye on your resting heart rate.
A little bit of history on the client for you
- She has not been exercising since suffering with a major injury 2005 (twisted pelvis)
- Had 5 stone to lose and started losing weight in October 2009 before taking me on now in June 2010 because her weight loss stopped for the last 3 months – she lost the weight without exercising
- Her resting heart rate is 88 which is dangerous for anyone!
