The next four weeks of flabby to fit is all about focusing on how to lose fat and gain strength as well as how to sculpt the body to look great. There will be more strenght training to go through, more intensive in order to see results. This week at the exercise classes I run in Mill Hill, Diane ran instead of walked and actually performed star jumps - something that only 5 short weeks ago was impossible.

As her waist and hips measurements continue to decrease it is a sure sign of fat loss - even if your body weight stays the same - as I mentioned in the first video your body begins to "shrink" as the exercise does its job. Add to that the natural high you feel from feeling fitter and there really is nothing like it.
