Welcome to flabby to fit week 6 and significant progress is being made. Although Diane's weight has stayed the same she has dropped two dress sizes and is feeling the overall effects on her health. Her resting heart rate is now GOOD at 69 whereas at the beginning it was 88 which was very poor.

Remember I have exercises classes in Mill Hill that start September 2010 for 12 weeks which will follow a strength training routine so join us.
