The programme starts with a free weight loss consultation, where we will go through your goals, your past experience with diet and exercise, how you got to where you're now, and what has lead you this time to the decision to make a change.
We will also go through what potentially could be barriers to success, and how you might be able to deal with those.
Depending on how quickly we meet between the initial contact and our appointment, I will ask you to fill in a food and drink diary to have an idea of your current nutrition habits.
Together, we will set long term goals, and depending on those we will
set monthly goals. Obviously, depending on what you want to achieve in
the long run, you might not achieve it within 12 weeks. And sometimes a
few cycles of 12 weeks are required to achieve the ultimate goals.
However, within 12 weeks you will see a good improvement in fitness,
weight loss, and more importantly inch loss, and get a few steps closer
to achieve your ultimate goals.
“Flabby To Fit In 12 Weeks”, requires you to be able to workout 3
times a week at least, with a minimum of 2-3 sessions together.
It’s the only way I can make sure you will get the results you want.
Sessions will include a mixture of strength training and cardio, interval training, circuit training, and more.
On top of that, I will ask you to fill in a food and drink diary.
Depending on your current food intake and variation, I will ask you to
make changes to improve your diet. Get more out of your meals, more
nutrients to feed your body.
You will change your eating habits to eat a more balanced diet to help you reach your weight goals.
A little research on forming a habit shows that it takes 90 days of
constant repetition of a specific behavior to form a habit. And by the
way, sometimes we’ll have to learn to break bad habits, and change them
with new good habits.
