Circuit Training

If you are one of many that prefer class environment, a bit of music, and a good laugh, while getting a good workout, then Circuit Training is the class to go to.

A typical class will start with a warmup, after which you will be working out for a specific set time at different workstations.
Each workstation will work another set of muscle. After the set time, you will move to the next station and work another part of your body.
When you’re through with the whole circuit we will as a group work our abdominal and core muscles.
And off we go again for another circuit.
At the end of the class, we go through extensive stretches and relaxation exercises.

People who have been to the class say they feel they’ve worked muscles they didn’t even know existed and feel energised.

The class is suitable for all levels of fitness, as all exercises can be done at different levels.
As a Personal Trainer, I like to keep the classes to small numbers to be able to give 1:1 attention and push you as much as you can without overdoing it.

Classes are for ladies only (apologies to the men out there), and last 1 hour.

Bring a towel and a bottle of water, a big smile and lots of energy !

Classes are held in Mill Hill, London NW7, starting again soon.

Cost is £6 per class and you can pay at the door.
