Anne_Iarchy_PT

Anne Iarchy is a Personal Trainer and Weight Management Coach covering the North/North West London area, mainly the Barnet area. 

She’s registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 3 in Personal Training and Weight Management.

She gives 1:1 sessions in her clients house, or go out to their local park.
Once a week she also organises a Circuit Training class in Mill Hill and a walking group in the Hendon area. She also organises 8 week face-to-face weight loss courses in the Barnet area.

She’s a big believer that everyone can integrate exercise into their weekly routine as long as they plan well enough.
And you don’t per se have to belong to a gym to have a good workout.

Her big passion and expertise is exercise and nutrition for weight loss, inch loss, and fat loss.

First and foremost, exercise should be fun and a diet is not a punishment!

Exercise and healthy eating should be a lifestyle, not a temporary solution to lose some weight.

Having worked for about 15 years in the IT industry and letting the daily pressures taking the upper hand over a healthy lifestyle, she’s aware of the hurdles people have to overcome and the problems that can arise from living a life juggling between work, family life, and trying to somewhat being healthy.
Throughout those working years, she has struggled with weight issues, sometimes finding a solution, sometimes needing the help of a personal trainer.
She brings this experience into the sessions and advises on some workarounds, tips and tricks to handle those issues.

Eventually she realised she wanted to help other people to lead a healthy lifestyle while juggling the stresses of daily life.
During the last few years in the corporate world, she studied to become a personal trainer and eventually made the switch to follow her passion.

She's always been a keen golfer and every year tries to challenge herself with some new activity. From walking a marathon doing the MoonWalk, to doing 100km bike rides, or even a triathlon. With some passion and commitment, she believes everything is achievable to anyone.
