You are what you eat so watch out for what you are putting into your body. You don’t have to give up the bad processed foods and cakes, just limit your intake of them and increase your intake of fresh vegetables, lean meats, fish and fruit.
Drink plenty of water. You will be amazed at the number of illnesses that relates to the body being dehydrated. The suggested about is anything from 6-10 glasses a day, the more you weigh the more you should drink
Supplement your dietary needs. If you don’t eat your 5 a day then supplement your diet by including vitamin and mineral supplements.
Cut out smoking – there is plenty of help available now so QUIT!
Exercise, exercise and more exercise. Do as much as you can as often as you can at least 3 days a week. When you are starting out every other day is recommended, give your muscles a chance to rest.
